Nannies - Nanny Professionals - Caregiver Information

Live-In or Live-Out Nanny
Nanny Professionals is a placement service for nannies on a full-time basis, either live-in or live-out. Placements are made in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area for live-in and live-out nannies and in selected areas throughout the United States for live-in nannies only. Most positions require a one year commitment, no smoking, and a drivers license. To meet minimum qualifications for placement in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, applicants must have completed one year of work experience and/or education beyond high school. Individuals who are 18 and have graduated from high school may qualify for a position on the East Coast. Our placements range in age and experience from a recent high school graduate to a degreed child development major to a grandmother who raised her own children. Prior to consideration for placement, potential candidates must have their background checked, signed all disclosure forms, complete a child development evaluation instrument and have an interview with a degreed child care professional.

An opportunity for potential nannies who are unable to commit for a full year or desire to work part-time while attending school. Nannies are scheduled by our office and may work with more than one family to give them full-time working hours. Nanny Professionals Sitter Service also handles special needs such as vacations, visiting clients, special help for new mothers - whatever the client family needs.

Summer Nanny
An opportunity for potential nannies who are interested in summer employment only. The requirements of a Summer Nanny include: (1) live-out arrangement in Minneapolis/St. Paul area only, (2) must be twenty (20) years old or older, (3) must have a dependable car, and (4) must be a high school graduate.
